Tristan is a registered architect, an accredited thermal performance (energy) assessor, and lecturer in building design drafting at NM TAFE.

Architectural experience ranges from tiny additions to large apartment buildings. Currently working with City of Canning on refurbishments to sport pavilions owned by the City.

Energy experience ranges from alterations and additions to new work, in both residential and commercial. Currently completing training in condensation analysis (WUFI) and thermal bridging calculations (THERM) to further expand knowledge in these areas. Since April 2021, Tristan has represented WA assessors on the DMN Technical Assessor Support Committee (TASC) - the restructured advisory group formed from the amalgamation of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and the Energy and Sustainability Hub (ESH)

Training - Tristan is the unit co-ordinator for “Investigate Materials” unit in first stage of the Certificate IV in residential drafting, and lecturers in this unit, Revit essentials (short course) and other units in NM TAFE building design portfolio. Tristan has also delivered webinars for DMN for energy assessors.

Claire is an experienced architectural graduate. Claire has worked on a variety of projects from transportable housing and major hospital refurbishments.
